Go to Settings and copy your calendar's invite code. There are two codes: an Editor Code (allows creating and editing events and notes) and a Viewer Code (allows viewing events only). Share the appropriate code, and they can join using the "Join Calendar" option when they open the app. Calendars support unlimited members.
Cadence has three roles: Owner (full control including deleting the calendar and managing members), Editor (can create, edit, and delete events and notes, and invite others), and Viewer (can only view events, cannot see notes or create content).
If you created the calendar, go to Settings and tap "Delete Calendar." This permanently removes all events, notes, and membership data. If you're a member (not the creator), tap "Leave Calendar" instead.

Not currently. Cadence uses anonymous authentication, so each device has its own account. If you switch devices, you'll need to create a new account and rejoin your calendars with the invite code.
Delete or leave all your calendars from Settings within the app, then uninstall. For full account deletion, email us at zwkdevvv@gmail.com and we'll remove all your data.
Yes. Your data is stored in Google Firebase with encryption in transit and at rest. Only authenticated members of a calendar can access its data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
